Seamless Polyimide tubing is made of polyimide material using special molding by extrusion. So it can be make micro tubing, ID can be 0.1mm with wall thickness 0.015mm.it can be used for insulation of medical probe.
Polyimide tubing exhibits outstanding mechanical, electrical and thermal characteristics. Compared to other polymers, polyimide can be made into insulation tubes with extremely short diameter and thin wall thickness. For 0.01mm thickness, its break voltage up to 1000v.
Polyimide material also call kapton. But our polyimide is seamless. This product ensures superior thermal resistance, high voltage resistance, chemical corrosion resistance along with other capabilities such as out gassing , anti-nuclear radiation, and optimal flexibility for easier installation.
Kapton Tube can be used for Insulating tubing and Heat Insulation. which needs thermal resistance, voltage resistance.
